F&L Epoxy has installed garage, basement and commercial floors across Chicago and the western suburbs since 2006. The website had to explain why prep matters and turn that expertise into estimate requests.
F&L Epoxy Flooring is based in Addison, Illinois, and serves DuPage and Cook counties. The company installs flake and metallic epoxy, polished and stained concrete, decorative concrete and crack repair for homeowners and commercial facilities.
The site leads with the company’s point of view: most epoxy failures come from skipped preparation, so every page explains the grind, the crack repair and the moisture testing that happen before a coating goes down.
What we built
- Separate paths for residential and commercial customers, each with its own call to action.
- Service pages for nine floor systems, from garage coatings to concrete polishing and crack repair.
- A Chicago-area price table and cost guide, so visitors arrive at the estimate with realistic expectations.
- Three planning tools: an epoxy cost calculator, a flake color visualizer and a floor system finder.
- Google reviews, a service-area section covering the western suburbs, and a blog with cost, lifespan and maintenance guides.
